The first floor features an elegant living room and kitchen surrounded by walls of glass to soak in the beautiful views, a covered patio with Adirondack chairs, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a King bed and private lanai with a soaking tub and shower. On the second level you will find another living space with a Queen sofa sleeper with a collapsible glass wall that opens to a covered oversized balcony, and a bathroom with an outdoor shower.
Ocean View Suite
Situated adjacent to the pool deck is the beautiful Ocean View Suite, complete with a king bed, a plush sitting area, private spa bathroom, and collapsible glass wall that opens up to a covered lanai with outdoor furniture and a hot tub, all with breathtaking views of the private beach and stunning blue water.
Bungalows
There are a total of 5 Bungalows, each complete with a spa bathroom, desk, and private porch. Four of the bungalows have a king bed and a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa, and one bungalow offers two queen beds. All five Bungalows are connected to the living room area by covered open air hallways.
Guest House
The Guest House is situated near the entrance to the property – perfect for staff or security, or guests that want a little more seclusion. Complete with a king bed and queen sofa sleeper. The expansive outdoor area offers plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful Florida Key’s weather with covered seating areas, a hot tub, and a putting green just a few steps away.
