- Rate starts at $165,000.00 + 12.5% tax for a 7 night stay.
- Rate subject to increase over holidays and peak seasons.
- Rate includes:
- The house
- Private beach
- Private pool and 2 hot tubs
- Daily housekeeping
- Staff: 1 Chef, 1 Sous Chef, 2 waiters, 1 Butler, 1 pool/beach attendant, 1 bartender, 2 day housekeepers, 1 turn down attendant, and staff housing.
- Food and Beverages are an additional cost
- Staff is on-site from 7:00AM to 11:00PM each day
- 7 Night Stay Minimum Required
- Check-In Time: 4:00PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00AM
- No Smoking
- No Pets Allowed
- Maximum occupancy: 14 guests
